Last.app is cloud-based POS software for restaurants: it runs on a tablet, phone or computer (Windows, Android or iOS) and shows dining-room, collection and delivery-platform orders on the same screen. It includes handheld ordering, its own online shop and stock control that deducts dining-room and delivery sales at once. Questions about the programs
Can I try the software before deciding?
Yes. At the shop in Adeje we have Glop, BDP and Sysme set up and we walk you through your own business flow (an order, a sale with a scale, a till closing). Last.app runs in the cloud, so we show it to you on a tablet. If you prefer, we bring a demo unit to your venue.
Is the software paid once or monthly?
It depends on the vendor and the option: there are owned licences with annual maintenance and subscription plans. We break it down in the quote, with no surprises, and tell you what each VeriFactu update includes.
Can I switch programs without losing my data?
In most cases yes: we export items, families, customers and prices from your current system and load them into the new one. We confirm it once we see what you use now.
What if my current program isn't one of these?
If it's up-to-date ETPOS, Factory POS or STEL Order, it also complies with VeriFactu and we maintain it. If it's something else, we check whether the vendor has released a compliant version; if not, we tell you in good time and migrate you to one that does.
Can I take card payments from the POS software itself?
Yes, by linking the card terminal to the software through a payment gateway. Tenerife TPV works with Dojo, Paytef and Glop Pay (the last one only with Glop): the amount goes from the till to the terminal by itself and the payment is recorded on the receipt. Before choosing, we check which gateway your software supports.
