Questions about the programs
Can I try the software before deciding?
Yes. At the shop in Adeje we have all three set up and we walk you through your own business flow (an order, a sale with a scale, a till closing). If you prefer, we bring a demo unit to your venue.
Is the software paid once or monthly?
It depends on the vendor and the option: there are owned licences with annual maintenance and subscription plans. We break it down in the quote, with no surprises, and tell you what each VeriFactu update includes.
Can I switch programs without losing my data?
In most cases yes: we export items, families, customers and prices from your current system and load them into the new one. We confirm it once we see what you use now.
What if my current program isn't one of these?
If it's up-to-date ETPOS, Factory POS or STEL Order, it also complies with VeriFactu and we maintain it. If it's something else, we check whether the vendor has released a compliant version; if not, we tell you in good time and migrate you to one that does.
